25 Things To Do When You Have A Bad Day..

Do something you enjoy; play a video game, garden, scrapbook, lift weights, bake, read.. do whatever it is you really like to do.
Meditate, pray, breath deep breaths
Eat something you enjoy, like your favorite fruit or candy.
Chat with a friend, share positive stories, talk about the good times!
Go for a hike or a drive in nature. Find some way to embrace nature.
Listen to music.
Watch funny videos, movies, or tv shows.
Write a list of things you're grateful for.
Write a list of things you want in life, your goals and dreams.
Pamper yourself with a bath, face mask, foot soak, hot tub/jacuzzi, etc.
Buy something for yourself.
Make weekend plans with friends. It feels good having something to look forward to.
Talk to your pets. It's normal..
Create art; draw, paint, sketch, color, play an instrument. Harness those sad or angry feelings and create a masterpiece!
Go for a walk, jog, skip, run, skate, bike ride, or just go out for a drive. Get out. Get away and get some air.
Cleanup your home, and give it a nice fragrance. Heck, hang a cross, burn some sage, and tell the demons to piss off while you're at it.
Calm down and smoke weed.
Have a glass of wine or a beer, definitely be sure to moderate

Take a nap. Naps are a great way to clear the mind and ease your conscious.
Stretch and exercise. Get those endorphins going.

Serve others, like Jesus did. Build you Karma plus feel better. win-win.
Write it out; write the way you feel in a story or poetry.
Listen to or read success stories from other people. Let the positive outcomes of other peoples' previously troubled lives serve as a light of hope for better days for you.
